What We Offer

Looking for a single family home in a modern, well maintained community?  We can help.  With no one above you or on the other side of the wall, a private driveway and  storage units on most lots, and less than the price of a site built home, we maintain the pool, whirlpool, fitness center and tennis courts - you enjoy your home and family. 

Convenient Location

We're located a mile and a half west of the "Fabulous Las Vegas Strip", with easy access to major thoroughfares and interstate highways.  Grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities, banking, houses of worship and major casinos are all located within ten minutes drive.  Bus lines run nearby on Arville and Decatur.  We're just a block away from Chinatown!

COMMUNITY DOCUMENTS

A CREDIT SCORE OF 700 MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR RESIDENCY IN OUR COMMUNITY.

In order to maintain the high quality of occupants that our community has experienced since 1974, approval for residency is based on many factors, including, but not limited to, credit history, income, criminal history and past rental history.

Prospective residents must submit a completed and signed Application for Residency, Declaration of Residency, an IDL release and a legible copy of at least one piece of government issued identification bearing a photograph of the applicant.

Upon receipt of the above listed items, El Dorado Estates will submit necessary information to our credit reporting agency, Rent Spree.  RentSpree will send you an email and you will need to answer a few questions on that email to verify your identity.  You will pay the $38 application fee on that web site.  Where a credit report indicates zero or minimal credit history, bank statements, letters of reference from mortgage companies, previous landlord or utilities may be able to provide the additional information needed for approval.

Applicant's monthly income must be higher than three (3) times the monthly land rent fee ($820.00 per month) plus all other recurring monthly financial obligations, such as car payments and insurance, credit card payments and utility bills including gas, electric, home phone, cell phone, cable, internet, water, sewer, trash, etc.  Proof of income must be provided prior to approval.
